Welcome to the Conference Image Gallery
We are pleased to offer this online gallery to all of our guests, exhibitors, presenters, delegates and volunteers. Photographers spread throughout the conference are working hard each day to capture your many special moments, whether your first yoga class, your presentation, or you and your friends relaxing at the evening events. Whatever your photographic needs, we do our best to provide the highest quality images and files for you to take home as a valuable memory, resource, or gift from the conference.
Image galleries from each day are searchable by date, location and program category. Browse through the thumbnails and see what catches your eye.
Images can be ordered directly from a member of our team at the Photography Kiosk (located in the main concourse).
Your order will be available at the kiosk the next day, or you can have it mailed directly to your home address at the end of the conference. If you are looking for medium resolution digital files, for your desktop background or to send out to family and friends, they can be emailed directly to your inbox.
Images are available for purchase as professional quality prints or as digital files, both in a variety of sizes. We can create custom items such as slideshows with music or composite images on a variety of sized papers. Please contact us if you have a customized order request. High Quality Prints
Prints can be purchased with the conference logo along the bottom as a memento. Custom sizes of any image available upon request.

Electronic Images
Medium resolution files: Compressed jpeg images, great for viewing on your computer screen and for printing up to 5x7. They are 1800x1200 pixels, with a medium jpg compression in S-RGB mode.
High resolution Files: Full sized files that can be printed at larger sizes. These images are 3500x2300 pixels with low jpg compression in S-RGB Mode.

Slideshows
The "Dailies" – A daily compilation of highlights, presentations, evening events and candids from each day. These disks will also be available for sale as a "box set" at the end of the conference.

Art Images/Stock Photography
An assortment of art images are available for purchase. These archival art images are made using a Canon Pixma iP8500 printer and Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl Finish Photo Paper. These prints have a lightfastness rating of 100 years.

Shipping/Delivery
We can ship your prints or disks to you for a shipping and handling fee of $15.00.
