How to Use This Site

The information contained in our site is divided into several areas. You can use the links across the top and on the left of each internal page to navigate around the site. The different areas of the site have been organized by gathering together information and resources of interest to the various types of visitors to the site.

The Conference and Vancouver branches (green) contain pages of general information about the conference vision, goals and themes; organization; and program. The Vancouver branch contains general information about our city, the conference venue, hotel accommodations and travel to and around Vancouver.

The Participants branch (orange) contains information and facilities for those who will be attending the conference. It includes registration information and the registration form (registration form currently inactive) and resources for foreign visitors to Canada.

The Presenters branch (orange) houses the forms, information and links required for those who wish to make oral, poster and other presentations to the conference. Its pages present the call for abstracts and abstract submission form (submission form currently inactive) to solicit your submissions, links to our abstract management service, and information pertinent to those whose submissions are accepted for presentation to the conference.

The remaining branches (blue) provide specific information and facilities designed for our conference Sponsors, Exhibitors who wish to take part in the conference exhibition, the news Media, and our conference organizers and volunteers.
