Upon receipt of the exhibitor’s contract and deposit, a package will be mailed to you providing shipping, storage and customs information; and describing the wide range of furniture, equipment and accessories that may be rented from our official display company.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations received prior to April 30, 2007 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. Any space not claimed or occupied by 2:00 pm on Sunday, June 10, 2007 may be reassigned without refund, unless special arrangements have been made with the Exhibits Sales and Management Office.
Set-up, Staffing, Dismantling
All crates must be unpacked and ready for removal to storage by 3:00 pm on Sunday, June 10, 2007. At the discretion of the Exhibits Sales and Management Office, crates not unpacked will be removed and stored at the exhibitor’s expense. Any service personnel charges incurred after set-up hours will be at the exhibitor’s expense. No set-up or moving of material or equipment is permitted during exhibit hours. As a courtesy to delegates and fellow exhibitors, please be certain that your booth is staffed during all exhibit hours. Please do not pack or dismantle exhibition materials until the official closing times. All exhibit crates must be packed and ready for removal no later than 9:30 pm on Thursday, June 14, 2007.
Exhibits Approval
The Exhibits Sales and Management Office reserves the right to withhold approval of an exhibitor application if they believe the product or service does not conform to the health promotion purpose of the conference. The Exhibits Sales and Management Office reserves the right to regulate materials and audio-visual equipment brought on to the exhibit floor, that are deemed inappropriate or a disturbance to other exhibitors.
Liability
The exhibitor assumes all responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arriving out of injury, or damage to displays, equipment, and other property brought onto the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre premises, and hold harmless the Canadian Consortium for Health Promotion Research, the Exhibits Sales and Management Office, the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre, and their owners, affiliated companies, agents, servants and employees. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain full comprehensive insurance coverage and to secure all materials. The Canadian Consortium for Health Promotion Research and the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre do not guarantee or protect the exhibitor against loss or damage of any kind.
